酸甜莲藕片 Lotus Root Pickles

学习烹煮酸甜莲藕片。 A recipe for preparing sweet & sour lotus root pickles.


  • 莲藕削皮后切片,放入滚水中煮三分钟。

  • 淋干水份,让莲藕片冷却。

  • 加入白醋(Daiso的谷醋是不错的选择,有一种谷类的醋香)及适量白糖,搅拌均匀。

  • 放置在电冰箱。隔夜后就可以享用爽脆酸甜的莲藕片了。


  • Sliced the lotus roots and boiled them with hot water for 3 minutes.

  • Dry them and wait till they are cooled.

  • Add vinegar ( Grain vinegar from Diaso is good because of it's fragrance) and sugar to mix well with the lotus roots.

  • Chill them overnight in a fridge and you have the sweet & sour & crunchy pickles made with lotus roots.
