香菇竽饭 Mushroom Yam Rice

学习烹煮香喷喷香菇竽饭的食谱。 A recipe for cooking the yummy mushroom yam rice.
材料:
芋头200克
中国香菇30-50克
虾米30克
蒜蓉少许
酱清两汤匙
胡椒粉少许
麻油两茶匙
顶级黑酱油半茶匙
香米两杯
煮法:
芋头切丁,用少油煎炸。加入蒜蓉爆香,然后放虾米,香菇切条,酱清,麻油,胡椒粉,翻炒数分钟。倒入清洗好的香米,加以搅匀。把准备好的材料放进电饭锅,加入几滴顶级黑酱油增添饭粒的褐色泽,待竽饭煮熟,即可享用。
Ingregients:
Yam 200g
China Mushroom 30-50g
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Soya Sauce
Some Pepper
2 Teaspoons of Sesame Oil
1/2 Teaspoon of Supreme Grade Black Soya Sauce
2 Cups of Fragrant Rice
How to cook:
Cut a yam into small cubes and fried them with a bit of oil for a short while. Fry some chopped garlic and add dried shrimps, slices of Chinese mushroom, soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper and stir fry them for a few minutes. Pour in the rice to mix with the ingredients. Then use a rice cooker to cook them. To have the brown colour, add a few drops of supreme grade black soya sauce from Dahua or Tiger brands. Enjoy...
