中式传统糯米饭 Chinese Glutinous Rice (节能减碳煮美食 Green Cooking)

市面上有许多新煮器,不仅方便卫生,让烹煮食物变得容易,而且保护环境,能够节能减碳。这支视频把烹煮糯米饭缩短为20分钟。
准备虾米、香菇丝及切丁腊肠。爆香大蒜,把材料一起翻炒,加入黑酱油、麻油、胡椒粉及五香粉。盛入容器中待用。清洗糯米,加水至掩盖糯米,加入黑酱油、麻油、胡椒粉及五香粉。用慢火加热,翻搅糯米以吸收水份及调味料。关掉火势,保留些许水份。把先前准备的材料加入搅匀。转盛入深度不超过5厘米的容器,放入蒸锅,用大火蒸1.5 - 2小时。最后,撒上葱段及炸葱,即可上桌。 Dried shrimps, Slices of Chinese mushrooms & Chinese sausage cubes. Fry some chopped garlic and add all the above ingredients and mix them well with black soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper and 5-spices powder. Keep these in a bowl. Put rinsed glutinous rice in a wok and cover it with water slightly above the rice. Add black soya sauce, pepper and 5-spices powder and sesame oil. Stir the rice while heating it up with low heat. When the rice absorb most of the water, turn off the fire and add in the other ingredients to mix them well. Place the rice in a shallow container (not more than 5cm in height) and steam it for 1.5 to 2 hours. Sprinkle chopped spring onion and fried garlic when it is cooked.
