烤叉烧鸡 Grilled Char Siew Chicken

用韩国双面烤锅烧烤色泽匀称、香味四溢的全烤鸡。 Learn to use a Korean double pan to gill a full chicken with even colour and abundant fragrance.

用HEINZ叉烧酱,酱清及麻油涂抹整只鸡。放入冰箱腌制1小时。把鸡放入韩国双面烤锅,用中火烤半小时。加一些蒜蓉,以添加香味。为了使鸡皮的颜色均匀,加一些水和酒,可以保持鸡肉润滑,带酒香。

Use HEINZ Char Siew sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil to apply on the whole chicken. Marinate it for 1 hour in the fridge. Place it in a HappyCall double pan to grill it for half an hour with medium fire. To add more flavor to it, slice some garlic and grill with the chicken. Add a bit of water and some cooking wine so that the skin can have even colour.
