中式马来炒面 Mee Goreng (Chinese Style)

学习烹煮香味扑鼻的中式马来炒面的食谱。 A recipe for cooking the yummy Mee Goreng (Chinese style Malay Fried Noodle).

材料:

切片青辣椒、萝卜与黄瓜。大蒜碎。福建面150克。番茄汁与辣椒酱。

煮法:

爆香大蒜,加入洋葱与萝卜片,翻炒二分钟。加入福建面,撒一些胡椒粉,把材料拌均匀。加入3/4杯的水或上汤,煮二分钟。加入番茄汁及辣椒酱(根据个人喜好酌量),然后加入黄瓜与青辣椒,翻炒至水份收干,带点糊状,即可上盘享用。(为增加美味,可加鸡蛋及虾仁。)

Cut some green chili, carrots, onion and cucumber. Stir fry some chopped garlic, onion and carrot slices. Add in Hokkien noodle and stir fry for a while. Add a 3/4 cup of water and sprinle some pepper. Simmer it for two minutes. Add tomato and chili sauce according to your like. Add cucumber and green chili and fry till the water is almost dry. A plate of yummy Mee Goreng is ready to be served. (You may add an egg and some prawn to add flavour to the noodle.)
