福建虾面 Hokkien Prawn Noodle

学习烹煮香味扑鼻的福建炒虾面的食谱。 A recipe for cooking the yummy Hokkien Prawn Noodle.
材料:
虾,米粉,福建面,鸡蛋,青葱及金宝上鸡汤。
煮法:
用热水把米粉烫软(半孰),盛入碗中待用。用一点油翻炒鸡蛋,加入上鸡汤,撒上一些胡椒粉。加入福建面与米粉,拌均匀。让上鸡汤掩盖面和米粉,煮一至二分钟。加入虾仁,加盖煮上三至四分钟。加入青葱,搅拌均匀。盛入碟中,撒上一些炸葱,再加酸辣虾米辣椒酱。一盘美味可口的福建炒虾面即可供享用。
Ingredients:
Prawns, Rice Vermicelli, Hokkien Noodle, Egg, Spring Onion & Campbell's Chicken broth.
How to cook:
Boil the vermicelli till it is half cooked and put it aside. Stir fry the egg with a bit of oil and add in chicken broth. Sprinkle some pepper. Add in Hokkien noodle and bee hoon then stir to mix them. Simmer both with the broth covering them for a minute or two. Put in the prawns and stir a bit. Simmer for another three to four minutes. Add chicken broth if it gets too dry. Add spring onion and stir all the ingredients. Add Chinchalok and some crispy fried shallots on top. A plate of yummy Hokkien Prawn Noodle is ready to be served.
