白果黄瓜拌粉丝 Bean Vermicelli with Gingko Nuts & Cucumber Cubes

学习烹煮易煮美味又健康的白果黄瓜拌粉丝的食谱。 A recipe for cooking the healthy and delicious Bean Vermicelli with Gingko Nuts & Cucumber Cubes.


先用酱清,麻油,虾米与少许白胡椒粉,用适当水份把粉丝煮熟,约三分钟,然后盛在碟子上待用。用清水把白果和黄瓜丁煮熟,约2-3分钟,沥干水份,加入黑胡椒酱,拌均匀,然后分布在粉丝上。一盘易煮美味,又健康的白果黄瓜拌粉丝即可上桌。


Cook the vermicelli with soy sauce, sesame oil, dried shrimps & some white pepper powder for about 3 minutes. Then place it on a plate. Boil the Ginko nuts and cucumber cubes with water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water and add some black pepper sauce and stir to mix them. Place the cooked vegetables on the vermicelli. It takes not more than 6 minutes to cook and serve this healthy and delicious chinese dish.
