焖花生鸡蛋粥 Stewed Peanut Porridge with Egg

A recipe for quick and easy cooking of Stewed Peanut Porridge with Egg. It saves energy and tedious hardwork.
材料与做法:一杯珍珠米及一公升史云生清鸡汤。用焖烧锅节能减碳及省去不断搅动粥的麻烦。清鸡汤与米放入锅中煮滚数分钟,然后置入焖烧锅过夜。隔天早上,把粥加热,加入蛋白,轻轻搅动,使蛋白凝结成小块,加入一罐香焖花生。盛一碗热粥,撒上少许胡椒粉及青葱丁,加入一个蛋黄。一碗可口、清淡的美味粥品即可上桌。
1 cup of short grain rice and 1L of Swanson chicken broth. I used Thermal Magic Cooker to save energy and save the hassle of stirring it from time to time. Boil the rice with the broth for a few minutes and place the pot inside the thermal cooker and leave it overnight. Heat up the porridge in the morning and add the egg white and stir slowly for the egg white to set. Add a can of stewed peanuts. Scoop the porridge into a bowl and add some white pepper, chopped onion and the egg yolk. Yummy stewed peanut porridge with egg is now served.
