简易快速烹煮中式芝麻糯米饭 A recipe for quick and easy cooking of Chinese Sesame Glutinous Rice. It saves energy.


材料:一杯糯米,1.1至1.2杯水,一汤匙酱清,一汤匙麻油,数滴黑酱油,胡椒粉半茶匙,五香粉少许,虾米20克,香菇切丁10克,芝麻15克以及一些蒜蓉。


做法:用麻油把蒜蓉爆香,把浸泡过的虾米与香菇沥干水份,加入锅内翻炒一至二分钟。这时把水洗过的糯米加入锅里,淋上酱清,撒上胡椒粉与五香粉,滴数滴黑酱油,翻炒所有配料,关掉炉火,然后把水加入搅拌均匀。,将所有材料倒入电饭锅中烹煮。电饭锅转至保温状态后,让它维持十分钟,然后用筷子把煮熟的糯米翻松开来。若铺上青葱丁、辣椒丁与炸葱,会增添香味与美感。


* 用锅盖紧密的电饭锅。

* 为了更省时省事,配料不须翻炒,直接把所有材料放入电饭锅中,搅拌均匀,开电后,让电饭锅代劳。


1 cup of glutinous rice, 1.1 to 1.2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of light soya sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 0.5 teaspoon of pepper powder, a bit of 5-spices powder, 20g of dried shrimps, 10g of Chinese mushrooms cut into cubes, 15g of sesame and some chopped garlic.


Use sesame oil to fry the garlic and add in the dried shrimps and mushroom cubes. Stir fry them for 1-2 minutes. Add in the glutinous rice, soya sauce, pepper powder, 5-spices powder and a few drops of dark soya sauce. Stir to mix the ingredients well. Switch off the fire and add in the water to mix with the ingredients. Then transfer everything to the pot of the rice cooker to cook them. When the cooker turns to keep warm mode, wait for 10 minutes before using a pair of chopsticks to loosen the rice. Spread some spring onion, chili and shallot will add extra fragrance to the rice.


* Use rice cooker which has tight sealed cover.

* In order to save time, you may add all the ingredients into the rice cooker and stir to mix them well. Then turn on the rice cooker and leave it to help you to prepare the nice Chinese sesame glutionous rice.
