花生面煎饼 Peanut Pancake

一个大鸡蛋加二汤匙白糖,打三分钟。加入一百克煎饼面粉及六十毫升清水,搅匀。用大火把HappyCall加热一分钟,转为小火,倒入面糊,移动烤盘,使加热均匀。等煎饼表面起泡,还有点糊状时,用锅铲掀开底层,然后翻转HappyCall双面锅烤熟煎饼的另一面。熟了之后,在煎饼撒上大量白糖花生碎,对折,然后切片。 1 large egg and 2 table spoon of sugar. Beat them for 3 minutes. Add 100g of pancake flour and 60cc of water. Mix the ingredients to create the batter. Heat up HappyCall double pan for 1 minute with 'big' fire and then use low fire. Spread the batter on the pan till the surface is bubbly and almost cooked. Detach the bottom of the pancake and flip HappyCall to cook the other side of the pancake. Spread abundant crushed peanuts with sugar on the pancake. Then, fold the pancake and slice it into small portions.
