猪排面 Pork Chop Fried Noodle
苏打饼两块,敲碎,加一些胡椒粉和盐巴,混匀。五花肉一片沾鸡蛋,然后沾苏打饼碎。用慢火把肉片煎成金黄色,切成小片。煮个泡面,过清水,让面更有弹性。放入油锅中翻炒,随意加入喜欢的调味料。盛盘,猪排摆在面上,然后撒一些芝麻和海藻。 Crushed two pieces of soda biscuits and mix them with some pepper and salt. Dip a piece of streaky pork with egg and spread the biscuits crumbs on both sides. Fry the pork with low fire till the sides turn into golden colour. Slice the pork into thin strips. Then cook a pack of instant noodle and dip it in cold water. Drain the water and fry the noodle with seasoning you like. Serve the pork chop on top of the noodle. Top the noodle with some sesame and seaweed.
